Bio:
Kendra Levin is an associate editor at Viking Children’s Books, an imprint of Penguin Group (USA), where she has spent the past three years working on a wide range of children’s literature from picture books to young adult novels. She works with a combination of first-time authors like M.H. Herlong, whose debut novel The Great Wide Sea was published in October, and longtime Viking favorites like David A. Adler, author of the Cam Jansen series. Prior to Penguin, she worked at Scholastic in several different capacities. An award-winning playwright whose work has been produced Off- and Off-Off Broadway, Kendra is also a certified life coach whose mission is to help writers connect more deeply with their work and themselves.
