Just wanted to give a quick shout out about the When Words Count Retreat in Vermont. This is a new B&B that caters to writers. Basically, you go, and they feed you, while you write. This is a new venture and they lost a ton of bookings due to Hurricane Sandy and are looking to fill rooms asap.
