One Teen Story Opportunity

oneteenstorylogoOne Teen Story is a literary magazine for young adult readers of every age.  Freelancers, this is a good opportunity for you to make money from your writing. Each issue features one amazing short story about the teen experience.

Unsolicited submissions are accepted from February 1st to April 30th, 2014. One Teen Story accepts submissions from writers of all ages. Most of the stories we publish are by adult authors writing for a young-adult audience. While teen writers are welcome to submit during our regular submission period, we encourage them to submit instead to our teen contest, which opens on May 1, 2013. For a list of writers we have published in the past, and short pieces of their story, please visit our back issues page.

Talk tomorrow,

  1. Is this being re-run this year? The date above is for 2013.

    • I just emailed them to find out, I was so used to seeing 2013, that I didn’t realize it should have said 2014. Yvonne just interviewed them in December and thinks it probably is a typo. I will let you know when I get a reply from them.

    • Forgot to tell you that they answered me and it was a typo on their end, so I changed the post to 2014. Just thought you would want to know.
