Life Cycle Of A Book

Publishing Trendsetter put out this beautiful graphic of the Life Cycle of a Book. Of course, I immediately wanted to add to it, because it gave short rift to the creative process that kicks everything off. So the top part with the arrows is my addition. You probably can think of more steps. Still it is nice to see all the steps that Publishing Trendsetter laid out. Don’t miss going to their site, because they have videos to go with each step.

  3. of course they forgot the whole ARTIST part of many books….the time and effort of the ARTIST…and then production designers of course too. it’s a life form in and of itself isn’t it!? 🙂
