Latino Artist – National Funds for the Arts

Artist is defined as a U.S.-based Latino artist working individually or as part of a Latino ensemble, arts collective or community-based arts group in any of following disciplines:

Dance
Interdisciplinary arts
Literary arts
Media arts
Multidisciplinary arts 
Music
Performance art
Theater arts
Visual arts

Artist must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Artist must be a member of NALAC  –  Not a NALAC member? Join Today!

Artists who received funding from the NFA during the 2009-2010 cycle are not eligible to apply for this year’s grant. 

Artists who meet all of the above criteria may apply for support for:

Creation, development and presentation of work
Professional or career development
Equipment necessary for their artistic production
Project research and travel
