North Wildwood Beach Writers

North Wilwood Beach Writers put on a conference every June.  This year they will have Twenty presenters, one agent and nineteen authors on hand for their eighth annual North Wildwood Beach Writers’ Conference, June 8 & 9, 2010.

Conference fee of $75 includes all presentations on both days, plus a continental breakfast, sit down dinner and keynote address on June 9. (No discount will be made for those not staying for dinner.) Guests may join us for dinner for $35.

Deadline to register for conference is May 27.

If you are not all conferenced out after attending the NJSCBWI conference and live in the area, you might want to check them out.  Here is their link for more information –

Check out the post from Thursday, I updated the editor and agents critiques donated for the NJSCBWI silent auction.

  1. And there are quite a few children’s book authors presenting both days!

TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE: Children’s book authors Keri Mikulski, Nancy Viau, Lee Harper, and Alison Formento reveal the secrets to getting published.
WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOLBOX: Children’s book authors Jenn Hubbard, Keri Mikulski, and Tim Young discuss the tools necessary for building agent/author relationships.
TURNING ANTICS INTO MANUSCRIPTS: Children’s book author Nancy Viau tells the Who, What, Where, When and How of getting manuscripts accepted by electronic, local, regional, and national publications. Focus is the children’s market, of course!

Hope to see some familiar Jersey faces there!

  2. Nancy,

You’ll have to report on it when it is over.

    Good luck,
