Problems with Today’s Post

I will not be posting tonight, since the outside ground on our house has caused the electric to surge to the point of frying my two computers, and TV.  The fire company was out, the electrican was out and now the electric company has turned off all power coming into the house.  No heat tonight.

I am on my laptop, but the battery power is going, so keep your fingers crossed for me.  The electric company will come back – they say – and dig up all the ground on our court (the transformer is at the end of the court) which is under the two foot of snow.  They have no idea when they will return.  My neighbors will be so upset with me, if they have to turn off their power.

  1. Oh no! Very best wishes on the repairs and replacements. And your neighbor situation too. Hoping things are righted by the holiday. Stay warm.

  2. Kathy, take care. Here’s hoping for a Christmas miracle for you!
Thinking of you, sending good thoughts ..

  3. Kathy, I’m so sorry for your trouble. If Karma is in charge of your situation you shall be golden soon. You do so much for everybody, it will return to you.
Good wishes for a Merry Christmas, at least a warm one.

  4. Hey, Kathy 🙂
What amazes me most is that you find the time you have around this time of year! Most people are running ragged! lol

Anyway, SO sorry to hear your having that kind of trouble, but it’s something out of your control as far as having to turn power off. That’s what unforeseen circumstance is all about.

I sure hope you got your heat back on ’cause it’s been coooooooold outside! Perhaps your next post will have already explained this and I’m hoping it’s good news for you 🙂
